About us
Carlos & Mercedes
Coastland Gardens is led by Carlos and Mercedes, a couple based in Ulladulla on the NSW South Coast.
Carlos combines hands-on experience with formal training in horticulture, garden design and soil health. He has particular experience caring for established gardens, including hedges, native plantings, perennial gardens and orchards, with a focus on using the right techniques to keep gardens healthy and manageable over time.
Mercedes brings her background as an agronomist, combining plant science with a creative and practical approach to garden design. She has particular knowledge of plant selection, growing conditions and how different species work together within a space.
Together, we create and care for gardens that suit each property, its environment and the people who use it, combining practical experience with a strong understanding of plants and growing conditions.

Reliable garden care tailored to the needs of your property. Each visit may include weed control, pruning, hedging, mowing, edging and general garden maintenance, with all green waste generated during the work removed from the property.
